I can't belive the unofficial end of summer is upon us. I love summer, even when it's blistering hot. It's the one time of year where everyone seems to slow down just a bit. We get together with friends more often, and with the long days we spend much more time outside. This Labor Day we will do what we have done for several years -- spend the holiday with a group of friends.
I have been asked to bring cupcakes to the gathering. I'd like to take all the credit for my cupcakes, but to be honest, it's Martha Stewart and a really good oven I have to thank. Martha's cupcake cookbook is so easy to follow that anyone can make cupcakes that rival those offered by the most trendy bakeries in town. To me, though the presentation is just as important as the taste, so the cakes need to be gorgeous. To help I've designed the following party circles:
I know these seem a bit busy, but after I printed them out and cut them with the circle punch I was delighted. They are going to look fabulous.
